The National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) Strategic Goal Grant program was created to support one research project annually, focused on one of several areas addressed by the Association in its strategic plan. Dr. Naser and her collaborators at Winston-Salem State University, Queens College-CUNY, Montclair State University, and Minnesota State University will study The Role of School Psychologists in Supporting Students Experiencing Discrimination. Their proposal, addressing the NASP goal of "Social Justice"  was selected for the 2020 SGG through a competitive application process, with work on the project to be performed over the coming year.
