CSU SUMMER DANCE 2024
A week-long dance intensive Monday, June 3 – Friday, June 7, 2024, from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm, with a performance on Friday, June 7, 2024, in TA 523 at 3:00 pm for the community to attend.

This workshop is open to high school juniors and seniors, current CSU students, alumni, and community members.

Schedule:

• 9:30 – 11:00 am: Contemporary Dance Technique with Michele Ainza
• 11:00 – 11:15 am: Break
• 11:15 am – 12:45 pm: Hip Hop with Howard Washington of Elevated
• 12:45 – 1:30 pm: Lunch
• 1:30 – 3:30 pm: Rehearsal and Performance with Howard Washington of Elevated

The choreography from rehearsal will culminate in an informal performance on Friday, 6/7/24, at 3:00 pm in the big dance studio, TA 523. Students are required to participate in Hip-Hop class in order to rehearse and perform at the end of the week. 

Price: $150.00 for the entire workshop or $20.00 drop-in rate for the dance technique class.
It is free for current and Fall registered CSU students, along with CSU alumni.
