The students are all 8th graders at Horizon Science Academy Middle School and their names are:  Anaya Spencer, Sahdarria Robinson, Jayla VanHorn, and Kellie Keaton.  The first two are Math Corps alums. The girls were in the Top 4 for MATHCOUNTS Video Challenge - They didn't win first place, but did get an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington D.C. as part of the top 4 (Finalist Teams) and were treated so kindly by the people from MATHCOUNTS.   When they presented their video they were approached by Kalisha Dessources who works for the White House who invited the girls to speak at a solution seminar at the USOW Summit in Washington D.C. to show their video and tell a little bit about it.  The event didn't take place at the White House, but the girls did get to meet Michelle Obama backstage.  Kalisha also arranged a self-guided tour of the White House a few days after the USOW Summit.
