Why should you study Theatre and Dance?

Theatre and Dance majors are confident, dependable employees with solid organizational and time management skills who are trained to meet deadlines. They are collaborative and project-oriented workers who bring together people of diverse viewpoints. They can trouble-shoot and solve problems quickly because they are both creative and analytical. They are excellent public speakers who can communicate ideas well, with confidence and vocal skill. They can think outside the box and can adapt to new and/or changing situations.

We currently offer a major in Theatre and Dance and a minor in Theatre or Dance. You do not need to audition to declare a major or minor in Theatre and Dance. 

We offer the following tracks:

• Acting Track
• Directing / Choreography Track
• Design / Technical Track
• Dance Track
• Theatre - Minor
• Dance - Minor
