About Károly Jókay

Dr. Károly (Charles) Jókay has served as Executive Director of the US-Hungary Fulbright Commission since November 1, 2012.  He is a municipal finance specialist with extensive experience in Central and Eastern European countries, including Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Hungary, Macedonia and Romania, and India, South Africa, Namibia and Botswana. He also has extensive regional experience in policy reform, municipal finance and budgeting, utility infrastructure, and information marketing and dissemination to municipalities.
