ADA Doctoral Students Win Prestigious Travel Awards

Claire Grant and Amanda MacNeil, 4th- and 5th-year students in the Adult Development and Aging PhD program, respectively, have been awarded highly competitive travel awards from the Gerontological Society of America. Claire received the James McKenney Travel Award sponsored by the Academy for Gerontology in Higher Education, and Amanda received the Emerging Scholar and Professional Organization Carol Schutz Travel Award. These awards will be presented to Claire and Amanda at the Annual Scientific Meeting of the Gerontological Society of America in Indianapolis, IN, next month.
