Facilities Coordinator and Stage Production Specialist

Mike Solema graduated with a BA in Electronic Media Production for Ashland University. Harnessing almost two decades of event production for events of all sizes in venues across NE Ohio and beyond, along with experience with multiple universities, he is well versed in meeting the needs of customers both internal to the School of Music as well as in the greater campus and regional communities. Serving CSU since 2016, Mike combines his love for event production (while working with student stage managers to help produce School of Music concerts) and familiarity with a handful of scheduling software to schedule produce and live stream events, coordinate facility usage, arrange facility repairs, grant room access, and address security/safety concerns.
