Dr. Judge Shares Effective Methods for Coping During Challenging Times

On Tuesday, May 26, the Department of Psychology's Dr. Katherine Judge will participate in an event titled Alumni College at Home, a showcase of Cleveland State's talented faculty presenting contemporary topics of interest to our alumni and friends. This event is hosted on Zoom and lectures are followed by a short conversation as well as a Q&A session.

Dr.  Judge will share effective methods for coping during challenging times and the important role of resilience, while providing strategies for staying emotionally positive, mentally focused, and socially and physically engaged.
